NOTE: This video is not to imply that every call is like this, this is cold calling, and the majority of the calls are not like this. In fact out of 100 calls, you may get to talk to 50 people, 20 will hang up on you, 20 will need a follow up date to call them back, 4 are not interested, 3 are interested for later and 3 agree to a meeting. The purpose of this video is to illustrate how easy/difficult the pitch actually is and what a general conversation can & should sound like. It's not high pressure to the customer, they already need the service, it's just a question of how smooth you can sound on the phone to get them to agree to a meeting. The job is about following up with people, sending emails, following up phone calls with people when you agreed, getting hung up on, and making successful meetings.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking top-performing Appointment Setters for a full-time role on our fast-paced telemarketing sales team.
This remote position offers flexibility in hours and the opportunity to be handsomely rewarded for your sales hustling skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Leverage your sales talents to make outbound calls and book appointments with qualified prospects for our fast-decision service.
Use your sparkling personality to build rapport and pitch an in-demand service to local US businesses
Log all activities accurately in our CRM and hit your daily/weekly targets
Work closely with an experienced sales manager and team in a high-energy environment

REQUIREMENTS

1+ years of proven phone sales/appointment setting experience
Native English skills (very small/no accent required), Spanish is a bonus
Excellent communication skills to handle objections like a pro
Hunter mentality, resilience to power through rejection
Strong computer skills to be a fast mover and maximize efficiency
Basic sales experience and CRM familiarity
Reliable high-speed internet and home office setup
